These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WordPress plugin BlueSkies Wishlists for WooCommerce (the “Plugin”) from BlueSkies Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By installing, activating, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
The Plugin helps WooCommerce store owners offer a product wishlist so shoppers can save products and share a wishlist via an external link. The Plugin does not collect or transmit data to BlueSkies Digital.

You are responsible for keeping WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and the Plugin updated and for maintaining backups and security of your site.
The Plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later), unless otherwise stated in the Plugin package. Your use of the Plugin is also subject to that license.
BlueSkies Digital is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WooCommerce, Automattic, or the WordPress project. “WooCommerce” and “WordPress” are trademarks of their respective owners.

We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every theme or configuration.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUESKIES DIGITAL AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
