Who this applies to

This policy is intended for WordPress site administrators who install or use the Plugin. The Plugin is not designed to collect data from your store visitors or customers.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information when a site administrator voluntarily opts in by checking a consent box and submitting an email address in the Plugin (for example on the welcome overlay, settings screen, or an occasional reminder).

If you opt in, we may receive:

Email address — as you enter it, or as prefilled from your WordPress user account
Site URL — the home URL of your WordPress installation
Plugin identifier and version — to send relevant compatibility notices and product updates

We do not collect store visitor or customer emails, orders, payment details, or browsing behavior through the Plugin.

How we use your information

We use opt-in information to:

Send Plugin updates, compatibility notices, and tips
Communicate occasional offers or new features related to the Plugin
Understand which Plugin version you use so we can provide relevant support and notices

We do not sell your personal information.

Legal basis (if you are in the EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we process opt-in data based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your choices” below).

How information is transmitted and stored

Data is sent from your WordPress site to our servers only after you opt in, using HTTPS.
On your site, the Plugin may store your consent choice and email in the WordPress options table so you are not asked repeatedly. You can remove this by uninstalling the Plugin.
We retain opt-in information for as long as needed to provide the communications described above, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner.

What we do not do

The Plugin does not:

Collect data from store visitors or customers
Add front-end analytics or tracking pixels to your site
Send email from your WordPress server on our behalf (any follow-up messages come directly from BlueSkies Digital to you only). Your users are never contacted.

Your choices

Opt out before subscribing: You may use all Plugin features without opting in.
Unsubscribe: Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us at info@blueskiesdigital.com.
Delete data: Contact us to request deletion of your opt-in data. Uninstalling the Plugin removes locally stored consent data on your site.

Third parties

We do not share opt-in data with third parties except:

Service providers who help us operate our website or email systems (under confidentiality obligations), or
When required by law.

The Plugin requires WooCommerce to function; WooCommerce and WordPress have their own privacy policies.

Children

The Plugin is intended for business/site administrators. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
