These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WordPress plugin BlueSkies Highlighted Products for WooCommerce (the “Plugin”) and any optional communications you request from BlueSkies Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) related to the Plugin.
By installing, activating, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
The Plugin helps WooCommerce store owners display hand-picked highlighted product links (for example via a shortcode in a sidebar or post). Core Plugin features work without providing an email address or subscribing to communications.
The Plugin may offer an optional way to receive Plugin updates, compatibility notices, tips, and occasional offers. Subscription is never required to use the Plugin.
If you opt in, you agree that we may contact you at the email address you provide regarding the Plugin and related products or services. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every theme or configuration.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUESKIES DIGITAL AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN OR OPTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS.
